About

Thank you so much for visiting my blog page. I’m Katherine and I live in rural Oxfordshire with my husband and son. As well as being the wife of a farmer and mother, I am a speaker for the Filling Station network and I am studying for an MA in Kingdom Theology with Westminster Theological College

In July 2012 our first child Libby was stillborn at full term. This experience was totally devastating both for my husband and I, and our family and friends. After loosing Libby I was encouraged by a dear friend to write to her each day. I did this for several months after her death and found it a huge comfort and a really helpful way of feeling connected to her. This blog is borne out of these letters – hence the name ‘Letters to Libby.’ The blog won’t always be about losing a child but my prayer is that through sharing some of my story others will find comfort, encouragement and most of all hope.
